Polytechnic Staff School Teachers Sacked For Impregnating Female Student

Five teachers of the Waziri Umaru Federal Polytechnic Staff School, Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State have been dismissed from active duty for
impregnating an SS3 student of the School identified as Sa'adatu.

The act was said to had attracted the public which then calls
for the School management to set up a committee to investigate incidence.

The victim could not, however, identify who among them was responsible for the pregnancy.

A reliable source in the college told that the committee submitted its report on Monday and recommended that all the five suspected teachers identified as the culprits be dismissed.

“The School management had dismissed the teachers and the victim has also been expelled from the school.

“Each of the teachers confessed that they had sexual relationship with the victim separately.

''A source disclosed that the concerned teachers were sacked, while a male pupil, who was discovered to be her boyfriend, was also expelled.

The school vice-principal, Mallam Oumar Woulandakoye, who confirmed the incident, stated that the parties involved had appeared before the school management board.

“I will advise that you wait for the final decision of the board because I just received their memo now that they are going to sit on the matter for further disciplinary action.
