A 25-year-elderly person, Edet Gift, was on Wednesday brought under the watchful eye of an Ota Magistrates' Court in Ogun State for supposedly biting a man's ear.
Blessing, who lives at No. 4, Ojubanire St., Off Joju, Ota, is confronting a charge of strike.
The Prosecutor, Insp. Rosemary Samson, told the court that the charged submitted the offense on October 30, at about 9.30am at her habitation.
Samson said that the charged attacked the complainant, Mr Oily Mayowa, by biting his left ear when a battle broke out between them
She said the episode caused the complainant real mischief.
The offense negated Section 338 of Criminal Code, Vol. 1, Law of Ogun State, 2006.
The denounced, be that as it may, argued not blameworthy to the charge.
The Magistrate, Mrs B. S. Abdulsalam, conceded the blamed safeguard in the whole for N100,000 with two sureties in like aggregate.
She said that the sureties must live inside the court's ward and be profitably utilized with proof of expense installment to Ogun State Government.
Abdulsalam dismissed the case until November 12, for further hearing.
